Lynn McInnis,
President
I grew up in Maine with a long time love for music of all genres. When I was a child, my sister and I created musical skits to perform for all of our relatives.
At the age of 15, I started taking acoustic guitar lessons and writing songs and poetry.
I earned my first guitar by babysitting and later bought a nice Fender which encouraged me to continually play and write.
I was married at 18 years of age and joined my husband's band, Ezra Winds. We sang locally and co-wrote together for several years. Our band members changed several times throughout the years. However, we still managed to climb the musical ladder of success by doing local newspaper and radio interviews. We wrote songs with a cause and dedicated them to people like Paraplegics, Vietnam Veterans and abused children.
Finally we got airplay throughout New England with our Christmas song, "Some Joy for Christmas", which was the top played Christmas song that season.
We moved to Tennessee and was booked through the Joe Taylor Artist Agency. We were privileged to play alongside many great country acts, such as Billy Dean, BlackHawk, Stella Parton, etc.
We also did a television appearance with David Frizzell to promote a show being performed at his private ranch in Tennessee. We once again enjoyed the exhileration of hearing our songs played locally on the radio.
I have accomplished all of the steps in the music industry, from writing, singing, playing, performing, producing and publishing to showcasing my band's material.
I am at a point where I am more excited about finding unsigned talent and giving them a shot to be heard, than I am of getting a record contract personally.
I look forward to this new venture that encompasses years of diverse musical experience, background and contacts. As a team, Debbie and I will bring many unsigned bands to the forefront where they belong.

I grew up in a small town in Maine and became interested in music at a very young age. When I was 12 years old, my mother taught me to play the guitar and piano. I bought my first guitar from Sears Roebuck, and music became the highlight of my life.
When I was 19 years old I auditioned for the female vocalist gig with Ralph Lashua & The IV Coachmen. They hired me, and we performed together for 15 years throughout the State Of Maine.
In 1981 I recorded 3 songs in Nashville at Fireside Recording Studio which was originally owned by Porter Wagoner & Dolly Parton. In 1982, I finished an additional 7 songs and pressed 500 copies and sold them all in a few weeks. In 1983, I recorded a 2nd album. By then, I knew that I wanted Tennessee to be my home. So, in July of 1984, I moved to Nashville.
I began working at Fireside Recording Studio as the office manager and learned to engineer recording sessions and overdubs. After Fireside Studio closed in 1986, I worked for Pete & Rose Drake for a couple of years at Window Music, which was their song publishing company and in their studio.
I have spent the last few years working some private shows with my husband Doyle Grisham, and singing backup and engineering for clients that record at our studio.
I am currently submitting songs for various artists and publishing companies to major and independent artists and their producers for their consideration for recording purposes.
I have recently partnered with my life-long best friend Lynn McInnis to form Stepping Stone Productions. We are offering an array of artist services. We are so excited to begin our new adventure!
